Terms of Use
These terms explain how to use the RPKreative website and Client Hub.

Scope
These terms apply to rpkreative.com and the RPKreative Client Hub operated by RPK Creative LLC (“RPKreative,” “we,” or “us”). By using a site, you agree to these terms. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other client agreement controls the scope, price, ownership, and delivery of client services if it differs from these general site terms.
Website information and inquiries
Website descriptions and examples are general information and do not create a client relationship, guarantee an outcome, or constitute an offer at a fixed price. A project begins under the terms we agree with you separately. Please provide accurate information when contacting us.
Client Hub access
The Hub is for people RPKreative or a client has authorized. Keep sign in codes and account access secure, use your own account, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Creating an account alone does not grant access to a client project. We may suspend access to protect a workspace, respond to misuse, or comply with law.
Materials you share
You remain responsible for the materials you upload or send and must have the rights and permissions needed to share them with us and authorized workspace members. You allow us and our providers to store, process, display, and share those materials as needed to provide the requested services and operate the Hub. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, or sensitive regulated records such as patient information unless we have agreed in writing on appropriate handling.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another account or project, interfere with security or availability, scrape the sites in a way that disrupts them, or use the sites in violation of law or others’ rights.
Intellectual property and outside services
RPKreative and its licensors retain their rights in the site design, text, graphics, and software. You may view the site for your own business use; other reuse needs our permission. Project deliverable rights are set out in the applicable client agreement. The Hub may connect to third party services, including payment and file providers, which have their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the sites available and accurate, but features may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the sites are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, and RPKreative is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the sites. These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Payment obligations and service specific remedies are governed by the applicable client agreement.
Privacy, changes, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. We may update these site terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply prospectively. California law governs these site terms, subject to mandatory local consumer protections.
