RPKREATIVE / LEGAL
Privacy Policy
We use information to respond to inquiries, work with clients, and keep the RPKreative website and Client Hub running securely.
Effective September 22, 2026
Who we are and what this covers
RPK Creative LLC, doing business as RPKreative (“RPKreative,” “we,” or “us”), provides creative and business services. This policy covers rpkreative.com and our Client Hub, including information you send through our contact form or share in a project workspace. For client project materials, our agreement with the client may also govern how we handle that information.
Information we collect
- Inquiries: name, email address, company, project details, and anything you choose to send us.
- Client Hub accounts: email address, sign in and security information, invitations, account role, and workspace activity.
- Project work: requests, messages, files, calendar information, and other materials shared by clients and their authorized team members.
- Billing: invoice, subscription, and payment status information. Our payment provider handles payment details; we do not need to store full card numbers in the Hub.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, access logs, and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate and secure the sites.
How we use information
We use it to reply to you; evaluate and deliver projects; create and protect accounts; manage workspace access, files, calendars, requests, and billing; troubleshoot and improve the services; and meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. We may send service messages such as sign in codes, invitations, project updates, and billing notices. If we send marketing messages, you can opt out using the message instructions or by contacting us.
When we share information
We share information with authorized RPKreative personnel and the people a client authorizes in its workspace. We use service providers to host and operate these services, including Webflow, Railway, Supabase, Google Drive, Metricool, Resend, and Stripe where the relevant feature is used. Those providers process information to support the service they provide. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the sites for cross site behavioral advertising at this time.
Cookies and browser signals
The sites may use cookies or local storage for sign in, security, and basic operation. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our website, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons or forms are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, browser, and referring website; it does not give us your name or email. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our website also uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits and actions such as booking a call or requesting our checklist, and to help us show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information and link it to your Meta account. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and learn more at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Browser “Do Not Track” settings do not have a uniform technical standard, so these sites do not respond to that signal separately. If our tracking practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our client relationship, and legal or accounting requirements. The period depends on the type of record and our obligations. We use measures intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information about you, or exercise other rights available under applicable law, by emailing info@rpkreative.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law or a client agreement permits or requires it. You may also manage authorized workspace access with your project team. If you submit information on behalf of another person, please make sure you have authority to do so.
Other sites, location, and children
Links to third party services are governed by their own privacy practices. Our providers may process data in the United States or other locations where they operate. These services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13; please contact us if you believe a child sent us personal information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above shows the latest version. For questions or privacy requests, contact RPK Creative LLC at info@rpkreative.com.
