The website
We built the Tinkham Homes website for Chelsea Tinkham, creating the business's public presence online.
The supporting backend
Our work also included the backend behind the website. Both the visitor experience and the supporting technology were part of the project.
Realtor Digital Twin
AI content and publishing concept in development

We are developing a Realtor Digital Twin concept for Chelsea Tinkham, designed to bring her voice, likeness, personality and real estate expertise into a repeatable content workflow.
The goal is to help her show up consistently without filming every update from scratch. An authorized recording and approved brand assets would provide the foundation for AI presenter videos, paired with real property and neighborhood footage.
A content team behind the digital presence
The planned workflow brings strategy, scripts, AI assisted production, editing, captions and platform formatting together. Content would span listing highlights, neighborhood stories and useful real estate education, prepared for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
A simple process for the agent
A guided recording, a shared asset folder and a secure social connection are intended to keep onboarding focused. From there, short updates and consolidated content reviews would help keep the work moving while RPKreative handles production and publishing preparation.
Her voice. Her approval.
The pilot is being designed around permission to use Chelsea's likeness and voice, accurate property information, appropriate AI disclosures and her review before anything is published. Planned support also includes scheduled publishing, performance reporting and routing relevant inquiries back to her team.
Development status: The Realtor Digital Twin is a developing pilot, separate from the completed website and backend. It is designed to support content and marketing, not replace the agent's judgment, client relationships or licensed services.
How it comes together.
A website needs to work for visitors and for the business behind it. Tinkham Homes brings those two sides into a single development project.
The Realtor Digital Twin concept explores the next stage: turning an agent's expertise and personal brand into a repeatable content process, with the agent remaining in control of what is published.
The website and backend are completed work. The Digital Twin remains in development. Client sales performance is separate from the work shown here.
